North Carolina is a global leader in life sciences, and the BioPharma Crescent is home to one of the state’s largest clusters of biomanufacturing operations. We’ve been supporting the life sciences since Burroughs Wellcome landed here 1970. We know what pharma and biopharma companies need to succeed, and we have it in spades. Part of our success comes from a great location with abundant natural resources, the rest comes from an amazing group of companies and decades of public and private investments.

Our region is adjacent to Raleigh, Durham and the Research Triangle Park. However, our costs are noticeably lower. There are plenty of other advantages too.
